Message the easily intimidated. In California anyway, the dealer is required by law to take reasonable care to make sure your property is not damaged or stolen. They can not be held liable for the criminal activity of a 3rd party. However, if kraZfast can prove negligence, then the dealer will have to pay to replace the items. Negligence in this case, might be as simple as the dealer not keeping the car in a secure area, or allowing unauthorized persons to roam around the shop lockup area.
